This range of cakes which resemble gingerbread, are 50% honey with no added sugar, eggs or milk.  The wheat and rye flour is organic.  The cakes have a moist, melt itn the mouth texture and are lovely and light to eat.  Each cake is made with different flavours and spices and is presented beautifully packaged.
