It's French Policies
1. Delivery
A signature is required for all orders that are delivered by our courier services. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm.
Orders placed are processed and despatched the following working day.
No orders are processed or shipped on weekend days. You will be charged for re-delivery where your parcel has been returned to us. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or insufficient address information provided by you.

Orders over £200 will be shipped free of charge. A reduced delivery charge will be applied to 'light' orders. It's French! will contact you to advise you of this reduction.
2. Our Selection

The prices listed on the website are current at the time at which they are displayed and are subject to change at our discretion.
Product Availability
Many of the items we sell are only available to us in limited quantities. In the event that the products you have ordered are out of stock we will contact you to discuss the options available.
3. Returns
Any item(s) that you believe to be unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon your request, as long as you return the goods to us within 10 business days of having received your order. We strongly recommend inspecting your products on receipt, to ensure that you are completely satisfied. If for any reason you receive a product that you feel does not meet It's French high quality standards, please contact us the same day you receive the shipment.
6. Credit Card Payments
Orders over £200 will be shipped free of charge.
