Many of the It's French! mustard and preserve range come from the Basque country just north of Spain.   This area is famous for Espelette peppers, which like  some wines, have an AOC (area in which they can be grown). These peppers add a smoky, slightly warm aftertaste.  Try  the Confit Pim with cheese or the Onion Preserve with cold meat.
