We sell only 'entier' (whole) goose liver provided by happy running around geese. Creamier and more delicate than its duck cousin - a real delicacy! Keep in fridge until shortly before use. Cut with warm knife and serve with toasted brioche or baguette, accompanied by a sweet wine.
